The AI-generated skin analyses are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified dermatologist or healthcare provider for any skin concerns or before changing your skincare routine.
By creating an account or using Purely, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Purely. Age is self-reported at signup; if we learn a user is under 13 we will delete their account immediately.
Purely provides AI-powered skin tracking tools, including photo analysis, progress logging, skincare routine suggestions, and trigger tracking. These features are for wellness and informational purposes only.
You retain ownership of photos and data you upload. By uploading content, you grant Purely a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you. We will never sell your photos or use them without your consent as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our AI-powered skin analysis uses machine learning to identify patterns in photos. These analyses are not medically validatedand may be inaccurate. Severity scores and acne type classifications are estimates only. Do not make medical decisions based solely on Purely's AI output.
Purely does not currently show advertisements. If advertising is introduced in a future update, it will be disclosed in these Terms with advance notice to users. Any ads will be clearly labeled and will never interrupt active features like skin scanning.
Subscriptions are not yet available. All users currently have access to the full app at no charge. Paid tiers are planned for a future release and these terms will be updated when purchasing is enabled.
Subscriptions are not yet available for purchase. When paid tiers launch, this section will be updated to include full billing terms, cancellation policy, auto-renewal disclosures, and refund terms. Until then, no charges are made and no subscription agreement exists between you and Purely.
Purely Tokens are virtual currency with no real-world monetary value outside the app. Tokens can be earned through in-app activity or purchased through the Purely Store.
Some product recommendations in Purely include affiliate links. We only recommend products we believe are beneficial for your skin type. Affiliate relationships do not influence our AI recommendations — sponsored products are clearly labeled "Sponsored."

All Purely branding, software, and content (excluding your personal data) is owned by Purely and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app. Continued use of Purely after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
